Individual Session: $175

My office is conveniently located in Preston, Cary, in the heart of a vibrant area surrounded by some of the community’s most loved spots, including La Farm Bakery and Park West Village. With nearby local merchants, cafés, and shops, the setting feels welcoming, accessible, and easy to integrate into your day.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, I provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement. For out-of-network plans, reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your insurance provider.
Payments
Cash, Check, Discover, Mastercard, Paypal, Venmo, Visa, or Zelle are accepted. AMEX NOT ACCEPTED.
Payments are expected before or at the start of each session.
If you are uninsured, I am committed to working with you to help make therapy affordable. A sliding scale is offered based on individual cases. Please inquire, as you may be eligible.

In order to maintain clear business relationships, here are a few things to know about my private practice policies:
All phone calls and email correspondence will be returned within 24-48 hours.

- All phone conversations and all sessions are completely confidential with the exception of the following: If I feel you present an imminent threat of harm to yourself or others; when there is an indication of abuse of a child, dependent adult or elderly adult, , and if information is required by a court subpoena with a court order.
- Currently, I’m conducting my sessions both in person and telehealth via the Simple Practice HIPAA compliant EHS platform.
- Scheduling of all appointments is best done at the beginning or end of the session.
- For new clients, I reserve, at no charge, extra time when possible for our initial phone contact, so please be patient, as I will return your call in a timely fashion.

Individuals: 24-hour cancellation

I endorse full transparency in couple therapy. I will not keep secrets. If information is shared with me by one partner and the other partner is excluded, please understand that I expect that the disclosing partner will share this information with their partner promptly.
