About Kat

Kat has worked for and is currently associated with one of the leading behavioral hospitals in the Triangle. Before becoming a mental health therapist, she had a successful 20-year career in corporate America. Kat is a mother of two college-age boys. She was inspired and thus drawn to the mental health field due to the earlier life challenges she had learned from, grew through, and ultimately overcame. One of Kat's greatest gifts is helping individuals see things with a fresh new perspective and a brighter outlook on life. Her training and wealth of real-life, hands-on personal experiences help bring her pragmatic, passionate, no-nonsense approach to the table. In partnership with her clients, Kat assists clients in creating an individualized visual blueprint that honors their values to help them move forward with structure, clarity, and confidence. Her best satisfaction is witnessing clients transform themselves into their best possible versions.
